Frequently Asked Questions
-
No, it’s completely different. This is one-on-one coaching that uses martial arts as a tool for life skills. We don't teach fighting. Instead, we focus on building confidence, routine, and skills that help at home, school, and in the community. We are an NDIS-registered provider, which means we must meet strict safety and quality standards.
-
Yes, safety is our first priority. Many of our clients start with no sports experience. We begin with no contact at all—just movement, bag work, and learning at a comfortable pace. We never force anything. All coaches are trained in safety, first aid, and work with neurodivergent individuals. We complete a detailed safety plan together before starting.
